The beautiful courtyard, the attentive staff, the charming decor – absolutely grewt!

Staying at Casa de Siete Balcones was a treat! The staff were kind, and watching the city come alive from our balcony was a highlight. Only downside was no mini fridge in the room, but the amazing location made it work.

The hotel’s common spaces and rooms were very clean and exquisitely

decorated, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The friendly staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed. However, I did wish for more variety at breakfast, as some items were repetitive over our stay.

Lack of mini fridge in the room was disappointing!!! Noise from the nearby busy streets sometimes disrupted the peace you’d expect in a boutique hotel!!! The lack of variety in room amenities could use some enhancement!!!

The location of Casa de Siete Balcones stands out, tucked between the church of St Domingo and the Zocalo. It makes sightseeing easy. My room came with a small balcony that overlooked the bustling street, adding a local charm. The staff truly shine here. They decorated our room for our honeymoon, even providing little soccer balls for my son. Their attention to detail made us feel special. Breakfast offered freshly squeezed orange juice and simple but satisfying options, but I found the pastries a bit underwhelming. Sound can be an issue with the busy road nearby, so light sleepers might be affected. Overall, I felt safe with the secure entry systems, and the hospitality made my stay memorable.

The staff were incredibly kind and caring, always ensuring rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a spotless standard. I enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice that started my mornings right. The city view from the room added an extra charm to my stay, making it a delight to wake up every day.

I found the traditional pastries served at breakfast to be less appealing than I had hoped.

The location was ideal. right in the center yet peaceful! The staff were super accommodating, always ready to help. The daily breakfast was fantastic, especially the local fruit and freshly brewed coffee.

This place suits me perfectly with its air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped with a wake-up call which I remember fondly. I recommend enjoying breakfast on the lovely balcony. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

It was just a good pick for a brief retreat in Oaxaca with good price-quality ratio. The staff surprised me with a handwritten note and treats in the room, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the local spots nearby for great dining.
